Hello. We are not AI, we can promise you that. In fact, we here at MOD have the human intelligence required to understand you, your business, market and goals. We have access to the media and the audiences you want to reach. We understand those audiences and know when, where and how they want to hear what you have to say.

We are experts in educational, awareness and behavioral change campaigns. We’ve helped a client make more people aware of pre-diabetes, what it is, who’s at risk, and what to do; the dos and don’ts on how to properly recycle in various counties and cities; and all about health insurance, what it is and where to get it.

For those campaigns (and also as one-off projects), we dream up and design concepts, themes, imagery, color palettes, messages, and more; we design and build websites, and keep them current, if you’d like, and create compelling marketing materials, be that printed or digital. We make videos (long and short) and commercials, write and produce radio spots, and will gladly handle your social media at whatever level of activity and involvement you want.

The MOD Team

Jana Soiseth,

President

Jana Soiseth has been a principal at MOD & Company and leading a team of designers for 23 years. Prior to that Jana was a designer for Yamamoto Moss, a strategic branding design firm in Minneapolis. Her strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead a team to a quality final product have greatly contributed to the success of MOD & Company. Jana also helms AR Workshop in Stillwater, MN and shares pets with Luke.

Luke Soiseth,

Vice President/Account Manager

Luke has been a principal at MOD & Company since the beginning, focusing on copywriting, media buying, radio/video production, strategy and account services. When weather permits, he’s a runner and enjoys trips to the gym to watch the people lift for a minute and look at their phones for five minutes. He plays the ukulele but listens mostly to ambient music. Pets: Australian Shephard mix, Bindi, and two cats Moe Ziggy and Frankie, AKA boy kitty and girl kitty.

Britt Lundberg,

Creative Director

Britt is a skilled team member whose role ranges from overseeing other designers as well as shaping and overseeing concepting, creative direction and execution of projects from start to finish. She is a UW-Stout graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in business. Her award-winning work has been featured in AIGA, The One Show, Print, Communication Arts, How, Addy’s, and Logo Lounge.

Dean Vacarro,

Senior Designer

Dean’s diverse background swings from the printing to entertainment industries. Dean handles graphic design and as with the rest of the team, has his hands in on everything from concepting, brainstorming, writing and client correspondence. In addition to his long career as a designer, Dean has spent decades as a dj in the Minneapolis club scene and, depite its obsolescence, continues to add to his massive vinyl collection! Dean is a big fan of genealogy, spaghetti and his rescue pup, Butters.

Rachel Homuth,

Senior Project Manager

Rachel serves as a project manager with MOD focusing primarily on account services. She also supports the team overall in content creation and copywriting, website redesign, social media and media placement. Rachel has also worked in television and film production, retail visual merchandising, social media affiliate marketing and dabbles as an Etsy Creator with her own dog themed shop. Pets: Rescue Dogs - Joon, Pippa and Bitsy.

Tessa Bingham,

Marketing Assistant

Tessa’s focus is campaign reporting and copywriting, while also supporting the MOD team with overall client account activity. She previously worked in the financial services industry where she performed tasks related to reporting, compliance, and detailed analysis of confidential client information. Tessa enjoys drinking coffee, fishing, and spending time with her pets, Dini the German Shepherd and her cats, Atticus aka kitty man and Cherokee aka baby boy.
